"Carter was the representative that came out. He was outstanding. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Was very thorough and worked very hard to fix my air conditioner, unfortunately its been i believe over two hours since he left and my house is still at 81°. The temperature has not lowered at all. The unit has not stopped running. It's extremely hot in the house"
