"My husband is deployed and I am at home alone with our eight-month-old daughter. I noticed that my nest thermostat had tried for 15 hours today to get the upstairs cool for my daughter and I were out and about. I called Baileys’ Range play anticipating a 24 hour wait for assistance. Being that it was a Sunday night at 8 o’clock. Nope. Not with Bailey’s. Someone was at my house within 25 minutes and had the air blasting in my babies nursery within half an hour after that. I’ve never been more thankful that we used a company in my whole life!"

"Bailey replaced a couple dampers in my HVAC system in December of 2022. When we started to use the AC in April of 2023 the dampers seemed to not be working correctly. When I got in touch with Bailey about this, they quickly made an appointment and the technician was able to quickly identify an issue with one of the dampers and resolve it."
