"The technicians at Bailey's are in constant contact with you even days before the appointment. Andrew and his assistant arrived right when the service time was planned for, and were able to get things done in a timely manner. Both of them were ver y professional. Anyone who needs a new AC/an heating unit I would definitely go with Bailey Heating & Controls Inc. They left us with a jar of blackberry jam, homemade even."

"Bailey Heating and Controls were and are the best experience dealing with HVAC since moving here from Florida. Between Andrew and Shelby, the problem was fixed in less than 24 hours, and they were available for consultation at 10:00 p.m. to help me try to fix it on my own. If only the rest of the service people in South Carolina were as good as these people."
