"Super happy with these guys. Would 100% recommended.
We have been with the same HVAC company for years and started feeling like we were being short-changed... They were trying to sell us things and not really fixing problems when they arose, so we’ve been kicking around the idea changing service providers for a while.
We had an issue with our gas furnace the week of Thanksgiving, and our main service provider came out and told us there was no issue. I was not happy with that answer, so I called Bailey Heating & Controls—I stumbled upon them via Yelp—and put a service request in. They called me back on a Saturday over a holiday weekend (literally nobody else does this) and had someone out there to look at our system on Monday. Couldn’t ask for better service, their technicians found a potentially dangerous issue, fixed it, and did it super fast and for a good price."
