"I have had a biannual contract with Bailey for about eight years. I also had a contract with them in a prior home that I lived in. I have to say they go above and beyond in customer service. I have felt comfortable with everyone of their employees that they’ve sent. They’re exceedingly polite and helpful. I had been having a lot of trouble with my thermostat which they did not install. Today not only did they do my maintenance, but they straightened out the issue. I was having with my thermostat and now I can control it from my phone or from the wall. I highly recommend them and I don’t ever plan on being without their service contract. I have peace of mind and they do excellent work."

"We noticed our upstairs unit was not cooling well last Friday, late.
I called Bailey first thing Monday morning and was fortunate to be able to get a technician that morning.
The technician called before he came. He removed his shoes before coming into the house. He was efficient, asked questions, and even called someone at the shop to verify what he was to do.
Baileys’ installed the units in this house as a new home 36 1/2 years ago. They continue to be a reliable source for repairs and replacement ."
