"Initially mis-diagnosed the problem and left without correcting the root cause. However, upon call back they did promptly return, diagnose, and correct the root problem without any additional charges. Everyone makes mistakes (myself included), but it's whether we fix them when given the opportunity. Bailey showed they stand behind their work and care enough to make the customer satisfied."
