"The service technician Andrew was awesome. He called in advance to get permission to come early and thus allowing him to arrive 15 minutes before his scheduled time. He is very polite, professional, clean, honest, and thorough. Would I like to have him back? You bet! I highly recommend Bailey’s HVAC for any need you might have. They were recommended to me by my neighbor and I am very happy that I took my neighbors advice. One more thing, the lady in the office whose name I do not remember, she is a real asset to the Bailey team and does a fantastic job keeping all the technicians in check."
