"The first voice I heard on the phone was Ms. Rita. She was cheerful and was very courteous. She stated that she didn't know what time someone would come to my address, but she said it would be the same day. That was awesome news. The promise was definitely kept. Mr. Joe Mabry was the technician that responded and I was completely satisfied with his professionalism and knowledge of the problem. I even enjoyed the conversation that we had as well!
