"AC unit condensate overflow kept tripping unit at hottest time of the summer. We have maintenance service contract with Bailey. They were prompt and professional. Ron ultimately discovered acorns stashed in the lower portion of the condensate drain. It took some effort but ultimately cleared the line and the unit is back operating correctly. No idea how a chipmunk can get acorns 6 ft into a 3/4 inch PVC drain ?"
