"It is 100 outside. My air conditioner decides it wants to quite. I called Bailey after hours. Within two hours Joe arrives, checking everything connection, wires and power sources to determine the problem. He had to order the part and lets than 24 hours we had our air back! Great Guy, caring, and very knowledgable with Carrier!"
