"The repairman determined the problem quickly, which was needing a new part. He immediately called to find it and get it quickly, along with finding out if the part was still under warranty. Luckily, it was. He came out as soon as he found out the part came in, for which I am especially grateful, as my house was getting warmer by the day. Every repairman I've ever had from Bailey has been knowledgeable and professional."

"We called Bailey Heating when we had a leak in one of our air vents, which was causing water to pool on the floor & ceiling. Scott was sent to our house the next day & worked tirelessly to make sure we were taken care of & our problem was fixed. He worked carefully, neatly, and thoroughly until he was sure our problem was solved, keeping us informed of each step as he worked. Not to mention it was a 95+ degree day, and he never complained about having to work in our attic & outside in the sun. We are thankful for the hard work of Scott & appreciate the professionalism & reliability of Bailey Heating!"
